"Great value for the price"
I wasn’t expecting much because the glasses were so cheap (always a little risky), but I’m actually really happy with the quality. They look good, feel decent, and definitely seem worth the money

"Refund was sorted quicker than I expected"
I had to return my glasses last week i was a bit worried it might turn into a hassle. But after I sent them back, everything went smoothly, and the refund came through a few days later with no problems at all. Really good service in the end...

"Prescription came out right"
Got my glasses from SelectSpecs and the prescription seems spot on. I put them on and could see clearly right away, so in my head that basically means they did everything properly. No blurry edges or headache like I’ve had with some other pairs before. Happy with them overall.

i mean, the site worked fine overall and ordering my glasses was straightforward. Checkout was a little slow, but nothing too frustrating.

"Pretty sure I made a good choice"
I got my glasses from SelectSpecs and, i wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first. Buying glasses online always makes me second-guess myself a bit, but these turned out better than I thought they would. The frames feel sturdy, the lenses are clear, and the fit is actually really comfortable. I’ve been wearing them every day for a couple of weeks now and haven’t had any problems. For the price, I’m really happy with them and I’d probably order again

"Good help when I had a problem"
I had a small issue with my order, because I’d entered the wrong details by mistake. I emailed customer service, and they got back to me the next day, which was clear, and helpful.
It did take a little longer than I was hoping to get everything sorted, but they fixed it in the end, and kept me updated along the way. Overall, I’m happy enough, just not quite a 5-star experience

I ordered my glasses on Monday and they were already at my door by Thursday, which caught me off guard in a good way. I was impressed, though I also found myself weirdly checking the tracking like it was taking forever even though it clearly wasn’t.
I’ve waited ages for glasses from other places, so this was a nice change. The tracking was decent, the parcel wasn’t bashed up, and overall I’m really happy with how quick it all was. Not bad at all, actually kind of excellent.

"Loads of frames to choose from"
I was genuinely impressed with the range of frames available. There were plenty of styles to pick from, and it made finding something I liked really easy.
